As far back as 1998, Roger McGregor pursued a Train-the-Trainer program to be a Lift Truck Driver Trainer to fulfill his Warehouse and Logistics needs while being a Warehouse Supervisor. This trend continued onwards while he built on his sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace and accumulated more and more training customers outside the workplace. When the recession took its toll on manufacturing in Central and Southern Ontario, Roger’s role in the warehousing came to an abrupt end were he exited the automotive sector and joined up with Yale Industrial Trucks to be their fulltime Training Manager. In May 2009, he was introduced to a new set of challenges where he independently ran the whole department from administration to marketing, sales, training and customer service while supporting the teams of Parts, Sales and Service which continued for three years.  In September, 2011 a new milestone had been reached and an opportunity presented itself to become the Owner/ Operator of his own Training Company, “McGregor’s Industrial Equipment Training”.



Roger is fully certified and has had exposure to many Industrial sites and many variations of Industrial equipment. This acquaintance contributed to his ability to deliver what his customers need and want, enlightening his trainees to the current Provincial and Federal laws and Regulations imminent, and building on their safe future.



His practice of training means delivering a product that his customers can validate, knowing that they received the most current product available.
